The SMC ZVB is a desktop dust cleaning box. It combines neutralisation of static charge, air blowing and dust collection in one unit and cleans small and medium-sized, sensitive components.
Technical data
- Versions: ZVB20 (one nozzle ionizer, one dust collector) and ZVB40 (two of each)
- Ionizer: corona discharge with high-frequency AC, discharge time 0.3 s from 1000 V to 100 V, offset voltage within ±10 V at 100 mm distance
- Dust collector: pneumatic using vacuum flow, supply pressure 0.1 to 0.7 MPa, exhaust flow 410 to 1580 l/min (ANR) on the ZVB20 or 820 to 3160 l/min (ANR) on the ZVB40
- Operating pressure of the box: 0.2 to 0.8 MPa, dry air
- Power supply: 85 to 264 V AC, 50/60 Hz via the AC adapter
- Operating time continuous or by timer (2, 5 or 10 s), additional air blow continuous or pulsed (50 or 100 ms)
