The SMC ZFC is an in-line vacuum filter that is installed in the vacuum line between pad and ejector or vacuum sensor and retains dust and particles. It protects ejectors, valves and switches from contamination.

- Operating pressure: 0 to –100 kPa (vacuum use only), withstand pressure 0.5 MPa, element differential pressure resistance 0.15 MPa
- Temperature: 0 to 60 °C (no freezing)
- Connection for tube ø4, ø6 or ø8 mm (also inch versions 5/32 to 5/16 inch)
- Recommended flow: 10 l/min (ø4), 20 l/min (ø6, size 100), 30 l/min (ø6, size 200), 50 l/min (ø8); valid at an initial pressure drop of 0.003 MPa or less
- Weight: 11 g (size 100) or 21.5 g (size 200)
- Suitable for nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and soft polyurethane tubing
