The SMC IZT43 is a nozzle ionizer with a small ionising head and separate controller and power supply modules. The head can be mounted up to 3 m from the controller, and one controller drives up to 4 nozzles.

- Ion mode: AC or DC selectable, frequency and offset voltage adjustable
- Ion generation can be stopped by an input signal
- Cartridges with tungsten emitters: high-speed type (D) or energy-saving type (L)
- Supply: 24 V DC ±10%
- Static charge: ±30 V or less with auto-balancing
- Range with compressed air through the built-in fitting: up to 2000 mm; also effective at close range without compressed air
- One-touch fittings ø6 mm or ø1/4 inch, straight or elbow
- Adjustable emitter contamination alarm, 10 operational alarms, frequency and balance display, key lock
Recommended where space is limited, for small targets (one nozzle needs less compressed air than a bar with many emitters) and for installations with central setup and monitoring. Can be combined with IZT bars. The values are manufacturer data and depend on the individual case.
