The SMC CLQ is a compact cylinder with an integrated mechanical lock that safely holds the piston rod in position even if air pressure is lost.
- Bore sizes: ø20 to ø100 mm
- Operating pressure: min. 0.1 MPa, max. 1.0 MPa
- Mechanical lock secures the piston rod in place on pressure loss or emergency stop
- Auto switch capable for end-position and lock-state detection
Recommended for safety-relevant holding and clamping functions, where the load must be prevented from unintentionally dropping.
