AKO Pinch Valves: Vacuum Conveying
In vacuum conveying, material is moved by negative pressure instead of positive pressure, which reduces physical strain on employees and minimises the release of dust. Combined with a suitable control unit, AKO pinch valves provide closed, dust-tight and gentle handling in such systems – a particular advantage with fine or sensitive powders.

Case study
A brewery needed reliable valves to convey kieselguhr (filter aid) in 24/7 operation from delivery to the filter units without blockages.
