AKO Series VMPX – Compact Pinch Valve with Female Thread for Hazardous Areas

The AKO Series VMPX is the ATEX-certified version of the Series VMP with an electrically conductive POM body and conductive sleeve – identical in construction to the Series VMP, for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

  • Nominal sizes: DN10 to DN50
  • Body: POM, electrically conductive
  • Connection: female thread G per DIN ISO 228 or NPT per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
  • Ex certification: ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, suitable for zones 0/20, 1/21 and 2/22
  • Special feature: compact and lightweight, electrically conductive sleeve for dissipating electrostatic charge
