The Bürkert 8008 is a thermal mass flow meter for gases. The thermal measuring principle detects the mass flow directly, the integrated inlet and outlet sections calm the flow, and the integrated display shows the reading directly on site.

- Gases: air, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas, methane, argon, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, helium (hydrogen on request)
- Pipe connection up to 2" (DN 50); measuring range up to 825 Nm³/h air, turndown 1:50
- Accuracy: ±1.5 % of reading or ±0.3 % of full scale
- Operating pressure: up to 16 bar (optionally PN 40), heavy-duty version up to 50 bar
- Gas and ambient temperature: –30 to +80 °C
- Outputs: 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, pulse output; supply 18–36 V DC
- Stainless steel body, protection class IP65; options: oxygen suitability, oil- and grease-free
