The SMC IDF is a refrigerated air dryer that cools compressed air and thereby condenses water vapour. It delivers dry compressed air for tools, valves, cylinders and sensors and prevents corrosion and condensate in the line.

- Rated conditions: inlet temperature 35 °C, pressure 0.7 MPa
- Flow at 3 °C pressure dew point: 204 to 810 m³/h (ANR)
- Refrigerant: R410A
- Ports: R1 to R2
- Power supply: 230 V AC, 50 Hz
- Ambient temperature up to 45 °C, compressed air inlet temperature up to 65 °C
- Other versions of the IDF series: e.g. IDF□E, IDF□D and IDF□F for larger compressors, air- or water-cooled
- Accessories: dust protection filter, bypass piping, separate transformer
