The SMC CXS is a particularly compact twin-rod cylinder, in which two parallel-guided piston rods prevent the output side from rotating.
- Bore sizes: ø6 to ø32 mm
- Stroke lengths: approx. 10–100 mm depending on bore size
- Operating pressure: min. 0.15 MPa, max. 0.7–1.0 MPa
- Non-rotating, precisely guided output side for accurate positioning
- Also available in a low-particulate cleanroom version
Well suited to pick-and-place applications in assembly and electronics manufacturing, where rotation resistance and a small footprint are essential.
