The SMC ASR and ASQ are air-saving speed controllers. They are mounted on the cylinder like a normal speed controller and, according to SMC, reduce air consumption by up to 25%.
Technical data
- ASR (type R): reduces the pressure on the return stroke
- ASQ (type Q): rapid supply and exhaust, the piston does not extend abruptly and pressure charging is not delayed
- Sizes: 22, 32 and 42
- Port thread 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch (Rc, NPT or G)
- Tubing outer diameter ø6, ø8, ø10 and ø12 mm or 1/4 to 1/2 inch
- No response delay with two-pressure control
- Several adjustments combined in one component
