The SMC ZHV is an air-driven flow amplifier (vacuum flow multiplier): with little compressed air it produces a large blow or suction air flow. SMC states a four-fold increase in blow air and a three-fold increase in suction air.

- Blow air up to 6,820 l/min, suction air up to 5,270 l/min at –6 kPa (whole series)

- Suction and blow quantity adjustable
- Air driven and maintenance-free
